BoredWe all know that exercise is good for you. You really won’t live long without it. But sometimes it can really get a little old! If you get sick of it, then you’ll stop. If you stop exercising, then everything else in your life will start to go downhill. Read on to figure out how to exercise without getting burned out.

If you are doing the same thing every day, there’s your first problem. It’s good to exercise every day, but not if you are doing the exact same thing. Even if you are a creature of habit and can do the same thing over and over without getting sick of it, it’s still not good. Doing different exercises is good because it works out different parts of your body.

Working out at the same place every day isn’t good either. If you like to run trails, try a new trail today that you’ve never tried before. It might be a good idea to find a map or bring GPS though so you don’t get lost.

It’s also good to change up your schedule. If you only exercise on certain days of the week, change it up. Go jogging in the morning instead of at night, go on Wednesdays instead of Sundays, do something to change it!

Also, if you have a workout buddy you usually go walking or jogging with, try going by yourself.  It’s good to go by yourself every now and then. When you are exercising by yourself, it can really help you unclutter your mind.
